Session 5 Phase 1 deliverables (6 files):
- EVIDENCE_QUALITY_STANDARDS.md - IF.TTT compliance guide (deployed to repo root)
- guardian-briefing-template.md - Guardian evaluation template
- guardian-evaluation-criteria.md - Scoring rubric
- session-5-readiness-report.md - Phase 1 status
- QUALITY_FEEDBACK.md (for Sessions 2-4) - Real-time citation validation

Phase 1 Status:
- Agent 0A: COMPLETE - Evidence quality standards deployed
- Agent 0B: COMPLETE - Quality feedback for Sessions 2 & 3
- Agent 0C: COMPLETE - Guardian methodology preparation

Phase 2 Pending:
- Agents 1-9: Extract evidence from Sessions 1-4
- Agent 10: Guardian Council vote (need >80% consensus)
- Final Dossier: complete-intelligence-dossier.md
