- Clear status: 95% complete, 3 tasks left
- Sessions identify by branch name (less confusing)
- Simple task list with exact commands

fd3dbb3319 [COORDINATION] Single master doc for all cloud sessions - self-service 
All sessions read this ONE doc to know what to do next:
- Session 1: Start Session 4 work (integration)
- Session 2: Restart with correct task (multi-format)
- Session 3: Start Session 5 work (deployment)

Eliminates user as bottleneck - sessions self-coordinate.
